On the Cover of Sunset Magazine!

Sunset Magazine October Coveroctober-2013BC&J Architecture was selected to design the 2013 Sunset Magazine Idea House at the magazine’s first ever Idea Town: Seabrook  – a new town on the coast of Washington State, and we made the coveted cover!

Sunset Magazine actually celebrated TWO Idea Houses for the first time ever and BC&J Architecture modified a Wavewatcher from our Perfect Little House Company collection  http://www.perfectlittlehouse.com/ to compliment the red, three-story, modern seaside cottage design.  The smaller, two-story Wavewatcher was altered by parent company BC&J Architecture to include a master-down and a studio/ garage entry to the shared courtyard.

Both houses are currently available to tour through October 27th, Friday through Sunday. Tickets are $17, portion of the proceeds benefits the Seabrook Community Foundation. http://www.seabrookwa.com/
